A $40 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve a stall. Manager lives on site. Boarding fees are due in full upon drop off. Services billed weekly.

Board for horses who just need the "basics". Includes free-choice hay and daily turnout. Grain and pre-portioned supplements to be provided by owner. Other services additional.
3-Day Water Treadmill Acclimation Training / Board Package $250
Includes 3 days of Basic board, with free-choice hay and daily turnout. Over the three days, the horse will be introduced to the water treadmill in stages. Loading and unloading on day one, Dry walking on day two and walking with water on day three. Most horses have never seen or heard anything like the equipment we have and some horses can become very anxious with this very new and novel experience. We go slow, use a lot of positive reinforcement, and break the process down into manageable tasks. By not over-facing the horse, we can keep the experience low-key and positive for the horse. If you want to use the water treamill on an ongoing basis for cross-training - this is the industry-preferred method to give your horse the best possible start.
